Earlier this year,\u00a0we discovered the warm, hearty taste of Itogon coffee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And recently, the premium specialty coffee made a debut\u00a0at the World Travel Market London<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>last\u00a0November 4 to 6\u00a0presented by the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) and coffee company, Henry & Sons.<\/p>\n

World Travel Market\u00a0is one of the leading global events for the travel industry players\u00a0where industry professionals can meet with potential clients and conduct business deals.<\/p>\n

TBP’s Philippine booth featured weaving, accessories, as well as\u00a0Filipino cuisine\u00a0from the award-winning Chef Jam Melchor from Pampanga and Chef Rica Buenaflor\u00a0from the Bicol region.<\/p>\n

Along with Itogon coffee,\u00a0Philippine coffee from Cordillera, Bukidnon, Mt. Apo and Cagayan de Oro were also showcased.<\/p>\n

For entertainment, TBP also brought the\u00a0award-winning artists of folkloric group La Lira Filipina, headlined by vocalist Princess Virtudazo and violinist and concertmaster Merjohn Lagaya.<\/p>\n

The group\u00a0serenaded\u00a0the event with\u00a0traditional Filipino music, as well as opera, Broadway and contemporary music.<\/p>\n
