It is made from thin slices of the fish\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">chutoro<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> or the meat between the loin and the belly. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Just o<\/span>ne look\u00a0at this dish, and you\u2019ll be amazed by the clean contrast of each slice showing the
