Aiming to be the ultimate Japanese culture festival in the Philippines,\u00a0Coslandia<\/strong>\u00a0returns for its 2nd year to gather fans in a three-day event from\u00a0November 1 to 3, 2019\u00a0<\/strong>at the SMX Aura, Taguig City<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Expect\u00a0J-pop idol performances, cosplay competitions, anime movie screenings, e-sports tournaments, and more onstage. The event floor will also feature interactive areas, merchandise booths, and meet-and-greet sessions with guest artists.<\/p>\n

\"\"Cosplayers are invited to\u00a0experience the ultimate J-culture experience at Coslandia 2019<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Idols from Japan will\u00a0come\u00a0to the event, such as 1-Girls, Fairytales, and Gracorex. <\/strong>Performers Hirotoshi “TJ” Maeda, Hazuki Tsubasa, Tomoka, and Samero,<\/strong> together with Philippines’ very own MNL48,\u00a0<\/strong>will also\u00a0hit the stage with their live performances!<\/p>\n

\"\"HalloHallo Entertainment Inc. President, Mr. Paulo Kurosawa\u00a0led the opening remarks during the Coslandia Press Conference last October 15<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Japanese sub-culture won’t be complete without cosplay, and so the\u00a0World Cosplay Philippines (WCS)<\/strong>\u00a0will bring guest cosplayers, the 2019 WCS Team Philippines Champions for the solo cosplay competitions, and the trick-or-treat costume contest for kids.<\/p>\n

Coslandia will also feature the upcoming live-action film adaptation of\u00a0Seikimatsu Blue<\/strong>\u00a0from the popular fantasy-supernatural manga series by Shintaro Hirota.<\/p>\n

Hirota together with the film director, Tetsuya Hashi, and cast members, MNL48’s Abby, Coleen, Brei, and Kay, will be at the event.<\/p>\n

\"\"Aside from their mini-concert,\u00a0MNL48 will launch their official game app and the Coslandia official theme song during the event<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Get to meet Japanese icons Hello Kitty, Dear Daniel, Rilakkuma and Pikachu<\/strong> during their exclusive photo sessions. Classic pop-culture icons\u00a0are also\u00a0present with the life-size figure display of Voltes V<\/strong> and a movie screening of Mazinger Z: Infinity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Additionally, expect stage games and e-sport tournaments\u2014one of which is the high-energy virtual game, Hado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Other activities include a 360-camera, live animations, anime movie screenings, and live manga reading brought by event sponsors RapidShots360o<\/sup>, Creative Nation Academy, and Pioneer Films.<\/p>\n
