The largest arts event in the country \u201cPasinaya\u201d was held at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), Pasay City on 7th<\/sup> of February this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pasinaya is CCP\u2019s annual event that features more than 300 shows in music, theatre, dance, visual arts, film, and literature. Viewers can choose from over 3,000 artists, all performing along the art and culture mile between CCP Complex and inside of the building.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nearly 300 of famous groups of Filipino artist performed from 9 o\u2019clock in the morning to the dusk and fascinated visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n

For as low as P20, the visitors can see all the variety of art and performances. CCP welcomed large number of people and this unique event was a huge success.<\/span><\/p>\n

The opening ceremony started at 8 o\u2019clock in the morning, then the performers paraded through CCP complex. (See photos 1 to 4)<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the privileges of Pasinaya is that you are allowed to take photos and video at every spot. You can enjoy and share your excitement with your friends who couldn\u2019t make it to this event.<\/span><\/p>\n

UST Symphony Orchestra (photo 5) and Orchestra <\/span>of the Filipino Youth (photo 6), which performed early in the morning, made an awesome and dynamic orchestra sound.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theater performances can\u2019t be missed neither, the musical \u201cMabining Mandirigma\u201d by Tanghalang Pilipino (photo 7) and the chorus of Philippine Madrigal Singers (photo 8) also got the audience excited.<\/span><\/p>\n

The beautiful folk dance of Gintong Ani Philippines had a good command of Bamboo (photo 12), and Bayanihan Philippines National Folk Dance Company (photo 11) were also performing on the stage.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the third floor of the CCP building, people enjoyed learning traditional Filipino instruments and the artist drew fabulous self portrait of visitors. (photo 12 and 13).<\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, the visitors experienced and felt their own sense of arts at several segments such as drawing and flip flop stamping art. (photo 14 and 15)<\/span><\/p>\n

There were full of the art exhibitions displayed in the CCP, such as Philippine\u2019s unique textiles, Asian traditional and historical instruments. (photo 16-19)<\/span><\/p>\n
