With over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Donna Grande\u00a0urges the delegates to change now.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\nShe also illustrated just how\u00a0different the work skills will be in 2030 from 2019. The work skills today are thinking skills—innovative and creative, while in the Future of HR, the skills that count are the learning skills\u2014adaptive and flexible. This further strengthens the need for a transformation\u00a0of\u00a0HR in Asia, starting with the delegates of the event.<\/p>\n
Panel discussions gave the delegates\u00a0a\u00a0holistic\u00a0view of the challenges that face transformation in HR.
