And recently, President Rodrigo Duterte enacted a series of laws citing\u00a0four new travel destinations in the country.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Also Read:<a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/feature\/2019\/02\/13\/ilocos-sur-vigan-travel-guide-2019\/\">\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/feature\/2019\/02\/13\/ilocos-sur-vigan-travel-guide-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ilocos Sur: Historical and Cultural Ensemble<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>By virtue of Republic Act (R.A.) 11409, <strong>Pinsal Falls<\/strong>&#8212;locally dubbed as Twin Falls of Ilocos Sur&#8212;is officially a tourist destination.
