Presented by Atlantis Imaginarium Young Theater, bring out the child in you and go on a musical journey to the bright and colorful Madagascar! Spend time with your familiar friends Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria as they take over the musical stage for <\/span>Madagascar: A Musical Journey <\/b>on <\/span>August 2 to 18<\/b>\u00a0at the <\/span>Globe Auditorium, Maybank Performing Arts Theater.<\/b><\/p>\n

BGC Art Mart Workshops (August 17 to 18)<\/h3>\n

Calling all artsy people!\u00a0<\/span>The <\/span>BGC Art Mart Workshop <\/b>will feature a series of workshops, such as the Oil Pastel Night Workshop by Tinsley, Scavenger Art by Anna Lete and Kat Torrefranca, Make Mine a Mini by Dinna of ReallyTinyElephants, and Fundamentals of Painting by Synthesis Workshop.<\/p>\n

These workshops are lined up every third weekend this month until September starting on\u00a0August 17 to 18<\/b> at the Dolores L. Tan Hall, Maybank Performing Arts Theater.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Philippines\u2019 official entry to the 9th Festival International de Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de Mont-Laurier in Quebec, Canada,\u00a013th of September<\/b> is a re-imagination of Lanie Robertson\u2019s one-act play entitled The Insanity of Mary Girard<\/em>\u00a0directed by Riki Benedicto.<\/p>\n

This\u00a0spectacular play will run for a limited time only from\u00a0August 31 to September 1<\/b> at the Zobel De Ayala Recital Hall, Maybank Performing Arts Theater.\u00a0<\/b>Tickets are available via Ticket World<\/a> online.<\/p>\n

BGC Passion Collective (September 16)<\/h3>\n

For aspiring theater artists, this is your chance to showcase your acting skills as B<\/strong><\/span>GC Passion Collective<\/b> opens its doors for a 36-session program starting on <\/span>September 16<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

BGC Passion Collective<\/a> is a community theater program that trains its members to perform, produce, and market their own shows that inspire and empower audiences. <\/span><\/p>\n

Enrollees may choose from\u00a0four tracks: Performance, Production Design, Stage Management, and Theater Management, and get to perform for the closing production Breakups & Breakdowns<\/em> by Joel Trinidad this November.<\/span><\/p>\n
