Known for his imaginative take on the long-established tradition of Kyoto cuisine, Chef Yukimura is the owner of Azabu Yukimura which has garnered the prestigious 3 Michelin Star and propelled his brainchild to be a must-visit in Tokyo.\u00a0His culinary excellence was sharpened with 25 years of training in the former capital of Japan.<\/p>\n

For this special dinner, a bespoke 8-course Kaiseki menu will be presented, highlighting the unique flavorful twists of\u00a0distinct yet familiar to the palate dishes. This experience also features the best sakes<\/em> that will complement each course perfectly.<\/p>\n
