The Philippine International Furniture Show (PIFS) 2019<\/strong>, held back to back with the Interior & Design Manila,<\/strong> ended last weekend as they celebrated Filipino innovation, talent, and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n

\"\"Most of the designs showcased in the event used local\u00a0raw materials made by Filipino craftsmen.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

PIFS is a celebration of globally competitive furniture pieces while also championing local talents and designs. The event also held the iDisenyo Interior Design Competition<\/strong> for teams of interior design students and their partnered furniture manufacturer.<\/p>\n

\"\"Space-saving designs were popular during the event.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This year’s winners of the contest are the A-Team from the University of the Philippines who coordinated with Triboa Bay Living to create furniture pieces in limited spaces.<\/p>\n

\"\"PIFS also awards the exhibitors for their booth designs so event guests will also witness beautiful set-ups and showcase.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This year’s event was organized with the Cebu Furniture Industries Foundation Inc. (CFIF), the Chamber of Furniture Industries of the Philippines (CFIP), and the Pampanga Furniture Industries Foundation (PFIF).<\/p>\n

\"\"Not only furniture but also fixtures and home accents grace the event at SMX Convention Center Manila.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Philippine International Furniture Show along with the Interior & Design Manila will return to SMX Convention Center, Manila on March 12 to 14, 2020 (Thursday to Saturday).
