UPDATE<\/strong> as of February 2019, Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano has announced their closure:<\/span><\/p>\n

It is with sincere regret and reluctance to notify you that Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano will be closing permanently its doors on the evening of February 16, 2019, after 24 wonderful years of being one of the leading Italian restaurants in Manila.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Nevertheless and on a positive note, we are happy to inform everyone that we will continue to serve the most popular Italian dishes in our two restaurants in the same building – Chesa Bianca & I’m Angus Steakhouse. In the case of functions, we will be more than happy to attend requirements on the Carpaccio premises.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Yes, Carpaccio is offering a special Valentine’s menu<\/strong> for only Php 2,200+ <\/strong>this February 13 to February 15, 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For the appetizers, you can choose either insalata di gamberi <\/strong>or\u00a0cappucino di pomodoro e basilico.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Insalata di gamberi\u00a0<\/strong>is comprised of steamed prawns in white wine vinegar dressing, served on peppered orange and pomelo salad.<\/p>\n

Filetto di fletana alla venetiana\u00a0<\/strong>is a pan-seared halibut fillet, which comes with oven roasted tomatoes, olive oil black pepper, and chives, served on vegetable risotto.<\/p>\n
