However, the directive is not applicable to subdivisions and roads that are under existing parking ordinances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">MMDA warned vehicle owners that violators\u00a0can now be fined for <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">illegal parking and obstruction<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> twice a day<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for the same violation<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
