{"id":33615,"date":"2018-08-31T10:00:50","date_gmt":"2018-08-31T02:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/?p=33615"},"modified":"2018-08-31T14:49:34","modified_gmt":"2018-08-31T06:49:34","slug":"globe-dti-launch-1-dti-consumer-hotline","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/2018\/08\/31\/globe-dti-launch-1-dti-consumer-hotline\/","title":{"rendered":"Globe, DTI Launch 1-DTI Consumer Hotline"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Businessmen and consumers in the Philippines\u00a0may now utilize<strong> 1-DTI (1-384)<\/strong>, a free consumer hotline number for Globe prepaid and postpaid subscribers, since its launch last<strong> August 9, 2018<\/strong>, at <strong>SM Megamall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1-DTI is the product of another collaboration between <strong>Globe Business<\/strong> and the<strong> Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)<\/strong>\u00a0in an effort to ensure the protection of consumers against unlawful trades, among others. It was first introduced alongside the DTI Consumer Corner\u00a0and DTI&#8217;s new consumer email address (ConsumerCare@dti.gov.ph). This was also supported by Globe President Ernest Cu, who stated\u00a0Globe&#8217;s commitment to &#8220;strive for excellence&#8221; and to play a part in nation-building.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This is not the first time Globe and DTI worked hand in hand to give better services to the country.
