Villar said that instead of exiting through the Buendia off-ramp, motorists can now exit a kilometer further through a temporary ramp near Java St., Makati.<\/p>\n<p>The temporary ramp\u00a0currently has only one (1) passable lane, but it will eventually expand to four (4) lanes when Phase 1 is completed. The Skyway Stage 3 is a project started in 2014 to connect the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) in an elevated tollway of 17.54 kilometers.<\/p>\n<p>When completed, Skyway Stage 3 will have eight additional access ramps located at Buendia, Quirino, Nagtahan, Aurora Blvd., E. Rodriguez, Quezon Ave., Sgt.
