I urge you to join me as I describe you my Le Jardin brunch experience which might inspire a visit, or perhaps a re-visit for brunch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">There\u2019s a good number of selections from their brunch menu, but let me highlight my favorites.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3196\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/staff-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/08\/Le-Jardin-1.docx_.jpg\" alt=\"Le Jardin 1.docx\" width=\"850\" height=\"566\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/08\/Le-Jardin-1.docx_.jpg 977w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/08\/Le-Jardin-1.docx_-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em><strong>Saumon Royale (P420) <\/strong>House-smoked salmon, duo of organic scrambled and poached egg, arugula, red radish, hollandaise sauce on our signature brioche bread<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">I\u2019m not a fan of fish, but I follow Andrew Zimmern\u2019s philosophy \u201cif it looks good, eat it!\u201d and that\u2019s exactly how I reacted when the Saumon Royale stumbled on my table. I immediately grabbed my knife and fork, took a slice, and the rest was history. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> The house-smoked salmon was luscious which was complimented by one key ingredient: EGG! The rich buttery hollandaise sauce (a mother sauce in the French haute cuisine), the organic scrambled egg, and poached egg, these three ingredients were the key factor that made this experience amazing, and of course the arugula that makes wonders for any dish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3197\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/staff-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/08\/Le-Jardin-2.jpg\" alt=\"Le Jardin 2\" width=\"850\" height=\"568\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/08\/Le-Jardin-2.jpg 977w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/08\/Le-Jardin-2-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em><strong>Leek Fondue Burger (P350) <\/strong>Chargrilled premium beef cheek, garlic aioli, leek fondue, micro greens on signature brioche bun with crispy string potatoes<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">I wasn\u2019t sure myself how a beef \u201ccheek\u201d would taste like, but anything prepared \u201cchargrilled\u201d is always good especially when you\u2019re talking about burgers! But more importantly, I didn\u2019t imagine leeks could be so good! The leek fondue (fondue de <em>poireaux<\/em>) was fantastic; it enhances the already-good patty as the flavors of the fondue slowly fuse with the beef cheek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">And if you\u2019re wondering how to attack this burger, Chef Jonas Ng advises to eat it the French way, which simply means \u201ceat it at the most comfortable way.\u201d No need to be pressured to use a fancy knife and fork if you want to grab it with your bare hands, it\u2019s totally acceptable. The French cuisine experience is all about comfort, just enjoy the good food and all is good, and I definitely enjoyed this one!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3198\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/staff-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/08\/Le-Jardin-3.jpg\" alt=\"Le Jardin 3\" width=\"850\" height=\"638\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em><strong>Forest Truffle Chicken (P600) <\/strong>Braised chicken in red wine with creamy mashed potatoes, French beans, and black truffles<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>D\u00e9licieux<\/em>. <em>D\u00e9licieux<\/em>. <em>D\u00e9licieux<\/em>. I\u2019m lost for words on how to describe this dish, but let me try my best\u2014the fragrance of the Forest Truffle Chicken echoes the allure of the French cuisine. It\u2019s all about the smell when one speaks of truffles, and that\u2019s exactly the appeal that this dish radiates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The sauce is the highlight of the dish which enhances the flavor of the mashed potato and the tender chicken. There\u2019s still a lot that they have to offer. The French cuisine experience has known no bounds over the course of time. It can only improve and get better.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good news is, Le Jardin is now open seven days a week.
