Roel A. Refran, Philippine Stock Exchange chief operating officer, sign the memorandum of understanding<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Under the MoU, PSE representatives will aide OBG\u00a0to highlight the myriad of developments taking place at the exchange and in the country&#8211;a significant interest to investors both local and international.
