Located on the ground floor of Signa Designer Residences, Bait\u2019s by Chef Joseph Margate<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>introduces new dishes and more <\/strong>this month of July.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the rainy season almost upon us, the change in Bait\u2019s menu is inevitable as the availability of the ingredients needed for their dishes is affected by the weather. This time, though, Bait\u2019s has taken into consideration what their patrons and clients want in bringing more of the good stuff from Chef Joseph Margate on the table.<\/span><\/p>\n

COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF\u2019S COMPLEMENT! The citrusy <\/em>Tuna Carpaccio<\/strong> (shaved foie<\/em> gras<\/em>, lemon oil, chives; left<\/em>) Chef Joseph (right) served to Philippine Primer was refreshing to the palate and was made extra special: tuna was off the menu on the day of our visit.<\/em><\/p>\n

True to its name, Bait\u2019s Seafood Kitchen has something that would catch the attention of anyone and everyone. Have a quiet, relaxing lunch break here after that stressful meeting with a new exciting dish from their Daily<\/strong> Specials. <\/strong>Need a quick fix? A\u00a0serving of their Burrata Cheese <\/strong>or a plate of their Red Snapper Sashimi\u00a0<\/strong>might just do the trick.<\/span><\/p>\n
