The pigs are slowly roasted, usually by hand-turning over hot coals for hours, until their skin becomes crispy and turns reddish brown, while the inside flesh becomes tender and flavorful.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The Rico\u2019s Lechon brand has been a mainstay in Cebu for 20 years, an institution for Cebuanos and visitors from Manila and all over the world. Consistently recognized as the \u201cBest Cebu Lechon\u201d is the only local food concept to\u00a0win the\u00a0Asia-Pacific Stevie International Business Award in Tokyo, Japan last 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u201cWe are excited (about) the acquisition as it is our first Filipino brand.
