Chef Duong Dai, with his more than 20 years of experience, has been promoting Vietnamese dishes as he serves world leaders especially gatherings of the Vietnamese government. Joining him in this chapter of Flavors of the World is Chef Le Duy Thanh. Join them as they showcase the best cuisines Vietnam has to offer. Pho, a traditional soup of the country consisting of chicken or beef with flat rice noodles and herbs, is said to be inspired by Chinese noodle soup.
