The idea for the SM Turnover Fair was to walk through\u00a0new and old homeowners through visualizing the home to the tactile experience of selecting the key pieces.<\/p>\n

At the SM Turnover Fair, four studio sized lifestyle vignettes were set up using only pieces available from SM Home created to inspire homeowners at the fair. All designed with a color scheme using SM Home’s official palette: Woodlands, Stone, Finesand, and\u00a0Aegean Sea to\u00a0unify the units.<\/p>\n

Living room with a sophisticated millennial in mind was designed by SM Home’s Paula de Guzman<\/em><\/p>\n

Dani Matamba designed the dining room with neutral and muted colors.<\/em><\/p>\n

With freshness, plants and morning sun in mind, Tala Singson designed the kitchen in a breakfast setting. She used a console table as kitchen counter\u00a0that could show that SM Home pieces are versatile.<\/em><\/p>\n

SM Home’s very own Tom Casta\u00f1eda designed the bedroom set up using SM Home’s official palette that was mixed by their partner, Boysen.<\/em><\/p>\n

At SM Aura, the SM Turnover Fair started with featured talks from notable Filipino architect and design stars like Grace Moslares, Tito Villanueva, Angelo Siochi, and Leo Almeria. New home items\u00a0at exclusive discounts from participating brands like Tefal, Philips, Breville, Slumberland, and\u00a0Klean\u00a0Kanteen are available as well.<\/p>\n
