He decided to take the medical profession as a career in response to his childhood dream of serving people and has been practicing for about 10 years. He graduated with a degree in Biology from the University of the Philippine Baguio and took his MD, internship, and residency training at the University of the East- Ramon Magsaysay Medical Center.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Aside from that, he also had his fellowship for Cardiology at St. Luke&#8217;s Medical Center Quezon City, and underwent training for Cardio Critical Care at St. Thomas&#8217; Hospital in London. As a cardiologist some of the services that Dr. Castro offers are taking care of bypass patients, medical diagnosis, and treatment of congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure, and valvular heart disease.
