Ayala Land Inc.\u00a0<\/strong>and Convergys Philippines<\/strong> received their EDGE certification Awards on March 5, 2018, at New World Hotel Makati. Globally, they are the first in their respective industries to receive\u00a0a gender equality certification.<\/p>\n

EDGE Certification<\/strong>\u00a0is the leading global assessment methodology and business certification standard for gender equality.\u00a0They are currently working with more than 170 businesses and organizations in over 48 countries and 23 industries around the world.<\/p>\n
