Two major airlines with flights to Legazpi and other airports in Albay have both announced the cancellation of their flights.<\/p>\n
Philippine Airlines (PAL) cancelled four flights today, January 23:<\/p>\n

\n– PR 2965 Clark – Naga
\n– PR 2621 Clark – Masbate<\/p>\n
