To come up with a definite list, International Living sent out a questionnaire and included other studies, sources, or research available including those from big organizations like the World Bank (WB) and the World Health Organization (WHO). \u00a0In the list they have made, the Philippines landed in the 8th<\/sup> place, based on the judgment and experience of expats currently residing in the county.<\/p>\n
