Here&#8217;s Hillary Andales explaining the concept of reference frames.\/VIDEO Breakthrough on Youtube<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Already in its third year, the eighteen-year-old won the competition after making it the finals with her submission on a video on reference frames. Hilary received $250,000 educational prizes as\u00a0she outdid a large number of students from 178 countries that registered and passed\u00a0videos as well.<\/p>\n<p>In line with the reward, her professor or mentor will also receive $50,000 and $100,000 for her school&#8217;s new science laboratory. She also won the popular vote last year adding impact to her submission. Hilary is an active student as well in terms of extracurricular activities in her school.
