It is currently held at the SMX Convention Center, and will run from April 24 to 28. Madrid Fusi\u00f3n has three landmark events: the International Gastronomy Congress, where multi-awarded local and foreign chefs present the history and future of food; the trade exhibit, where the best products and tastes in the market are showcased; and Flavors of the Philippine Festival, the launch of a month-long culinary feast of Philippine flavors in different markets, restaurants, bars, and malls all over the country.
