Ong and Suizo talk about their winning proposal.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A collaboration between the CCP and the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, the lanterns continue to be a beautiful showcase of the craftsmanship and ingenuity innate in the traditional Philippine Christmas.
