I chose mackerel because it is delicious and extremely healthy, containing essential Omega-3 fatty acids. It is said that mackerel prevents cardiovascular disease, prostate cancer, age-related vision loss, and dementia.

Also read: Takashi Japanese Restaurant: Home of the Panda Sushi

More about Takashi Japanese Cuisine Corp:

1st branch: Pioneer Center, Pasig
2nd branch: Salcedo Village, Makati
Facebook page: www.facebook.com/TakashiJapaneseCuisine
Email: t.kawasaki@simplejapanesefood.com

This also appears in Philippine Primer magazine October issue

[3292
4131,4130,3294
post-21743","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recipe-corner","tag-chef-takashi-kawassaki","tag-pasta","tag-recipe-corner
["GET
