Butamaru Ortigas soft-opened in August and still features the same setup that they’re known for \u2013 a Japanese-style long dining counter and wooden tables against a backdrop of black-and-white photo collage.<\/p>\n

Definitely, you can also enjoy the noodle soup masterpieces that Butamaru is known for \u2013\u00a0their tonkotsu-based Shio Ramen<\/strong> and the mild and creamy Tantanmen<\/strong>. Many people just keep coming back for their signature melts-in-your-mouth chashu or Japanese-style roast pork.<\/p>\n
