It only helped, however, the drivers who were registered in their platforms until June 30, 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Also read: <a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/2017\/07\/17\/uber-grab-drivers-without-franchise-cannot-operate-starting-july-27\/\">Uber, Grab Drivers Without Franchise Cannot Operate Starting July 27<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Drivers who were accredited since July 1 will have their accounts deactivated on Grab and Uber platform. That means drivers will not be able to use the app to take passengers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Drivers will have to wait to be issued Provisional Authority (PA) or Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) by the LTFRB before they can get back on the road as transport network vehicle services.
