The 2013 Chiaro is best enjoyed at 12\u00b0C with Prego\u2019s Insalata Mare, Risotto alla crema di Tartufo, Spaghetti alla Vongole con Olio Extra Vergine e Vino Bianco, Trancia di Branzino al Vapore con Aragosta. We, however, prefer it with the Pizza Frutti de Mare.<\/p>\n
The 2014 Chianti Black Label, on the other hand, goes extremely well with the Carpaccio di filetto di Manzo alla Toscana, Spaghetti al Ragu di Cinghiale, Paccheri Salsicce e Funghi alla Boscaiola, or the Ossu Buco alla Milanese. Our suggestion: the Filetto di Manzano ai Funghi Porcini.<\/p>\n
