According to InterNations, the Philippines received 86% rating for &#8216;friendliness towards expat families&#8217; &#8212; a rate which is slightly higher than the global average of 80%. In addition, expat parents with younger children gave a 39% rating to the Philippines when it comes to childcare costs.<\/p>\n<p>The survey is based on the insights of more than 3,000 expat families given in the annual Expat Insider survey. Their top 3 friendliest destinations are Uganda, Israel and Taiwan respectively.
