Tugade said the deal for the Mega Manila Subway is as good as done.\/IMAGE build.gov.ph<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tugade said that President Rodrigo Duterte and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe are set to sign the agreement this November during the 31<sup>st<\/sup> ASEAN Summit during the 3rd National Congress for the Transport Cooperative Sector in Santiago City, Isabela.<\/p>\n<p>He also said the Php 300-billion deal was agreed upon during the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Cambodia in an earlier report.
