This healthy and sumptuous meal is specially prepared by Chef Kalel Chan of The Raintree Group, the company that introduced <a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/location\/taguig\/izakaya-sensu-chotto-matte-in-taguig\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chotto Matte &amp; Izakaya-Sensu<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/location\/taguig\/comfy-gourmet-fare-at-chelsea-grand-cafe\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chelsea Grand Cafe<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/cuisines\/western\/sinfully-good-food-in-a-plate-chelsea-kitchen-in-sm-megamall\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chelsea Kitchen<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/location\/taguig\/stella-bistro-rocket-room\/\" target=\"_blank\">Stella Bistro and Rocket Room<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/cuisines\/filipino\/kabila-filipino-bistro-a-taste-of-the-finest-in-local-gourmet-cuisine\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kabila<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/cuisines\/cafe-resto\/delectable-breakfast-best-sellers-at-m-cafe\/\" target=\"_blank\">Museum Cafe<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Yield:<\/strong> 175g<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Prep time:<\/strong> 15 to 20 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pc (75g) Multigrain Bread<\/li>\n<li>100g Chickpeas (Garbanzos)<\/li>\n<li>124ml Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>4g Garlic<\/li>\n<li>18g Tahini paste<\/li>\n<li>6g Sugar beets<\/li>\n<li>40g Fresh Avocado<\/li>\n<li>15g Arugula<\/li>\n<li>1g Chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>7.5ml Passion fruit syrup<\/li>\n<li>6.25ml Lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>6.25ml Honey<\/li>\n<li>1g Salt<\/li>\n<li>1g Pepper<\/li>\n<li>5g Roasted almond slices<\/li>\n<li>15g Tomato<\/li>\n<li>5g Butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17418\" style=\"font-size: 12pt\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2017\/06\/Ingredients.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"566\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2017\/06\/Ingredients.jpg 584w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2017\/06\/Ingredients-300x291.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Place your beets in a saucepan or stockpot with water. Allow them to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Pierce 1 beet with a table knife to check for tenderness. If it pierces easily,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> remove the pot from the stove then set aside to cool.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Combine <em>tahini<\/em>, garlic, chickpeas, cooled sugar beets and 62ml of Olive oil in the blender, and blend until mixed. Duration depends on the consistency desired, chunky shorter, creamy is longer. If too thick, then add additional water until desired consistency is achieved. Salt &amp; pepper to taste. Set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Also combine passion fruit syrup, lemon juice and honey to make a passion fruit<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> vinaigrette.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Brush or spread the butter on both sides of the bread and toast it until golden brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Spread a generous amount of beet hummus on your toast.
