Joining them were a team from DoT led by Ms. Renee Marie N. Reyes, DoT\u2019s Head of the ESL-Market Development Group.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Philippines has a proven track record when it comes to teaching English as a second language. Many Russians are increasingly being made aware of this and are showing a keen interest in coming to our country to learn English,\u201d said Ambassador Carlos Sorreta.<\/p>\n<p>He added that \u201cthe Philippines is very competitive and has top quality teachers and great facilities. Many Russians have already learned English in the Philippines.
