A new condominium complex and retail mall is set to rise in BGC, courtesy of Federal Land, Inc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16319\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2017\/05\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"386\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2017\/05\/1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2017\/05\/1-300x193.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>IMAGE I LOVE TAGUIG<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Federal Land, Inc., the real estate arm of GT Capital Holdings, has just signed a contract with Japan\u2019s Nomura Real Estate Group and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings last May 1 to develop a retail mall and condominium complex in Taguig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16320\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2017\/05\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"245\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2017\/05\/2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2017\/05\/2-300x123.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>IMAGE I LOVE TAGUIG<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Called Sunshine Fort, Federal Land plans to build four high-rise condominiums with retail facilities at the lower floors of each building. These retail malls will be under Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings, and will be the first Japanese department store to operate in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings is known for introducing \u201cReal Japan\u201d to the rest of the world through ISETAN, a retail mall that carries Japanese which has opened stores in places like France, China, Thailand, and Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>Nomura Real Estate Group, on the other hand, is known for their residential developments in the Tokyo metropolitan area, particularly the Proud and Ohana apartments.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Source: <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/taguigcity\/\"><em>I Love Taguig Facebook page<\/em><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you\u2019ve ever wanted to live in BGC yet you are still having a hard time finding a place to stay, don\u2019t fret.
