It\u2019s everywhere in the Philippines with more than 500 branches in malls, schools, and food courts to be exact. According to a report by the ABS-CBN news, lines of up to 60 people form in front of the store in the busy Tsim Sha Tsui district daily and the sour cream and onion flavor is the top seller, store operator Mr. Kam told ABS-CBN News by phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">&#8220;We knew it was going to be a hit, but the lines were quite a surprise,&#8221; said Kam. &#8220;During the first few days, it was mostly Filipinos, but later there were locals too.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Potato Corner opened its first outlet in the Philippines in October 1992 and began franchising the year after. The first international outlet was opened in Indonesia in 2006.
