In observance of the Holy Week, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) and the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) announced that both LRT-1 and LRT-2 will have no trips from Maundy Thursday (April 13) to Easter Sunday (April 16). Operations of the two lines will resume on Monday, April 16.<\/p>\n

On Holy Wednesday (April 12), LRT-2\u2019s westbound trains (Santolan-Recto) will be operational from 5am to 10p, while the eastbound trains (Recto-Santolan) will go on from 5am to 10:30pm. This was according to an article published by Inquirer.net. <\/em><\/p>\n

Maundy Thursday and Good Friday are considered regular holidays in the country, while Black Saturday is a special nonworking holiday.<\/p>\n
