Disney\u2019s well-loved animated musical film The Lion King\u201d will come to Manila for its first top in its international tour this 2018.<\/p>\n

In an announcement made by entertainment company Concertus Manila in their Facebook page, Disney\u2019s award-winning musical The Lion King will premiere first in Manila this March 2018, with no venue confirmed yet. In a statement released by the Michael Cassel Group, the musical will launch in celebration of The Lion King\u2019s 20th<\/sup> anniversary on stage and the title\u2019s 25th<\/sup> global production.<\/p>\n

According to Disney Theatrical Productions President and Producer Thomas Schumacher, \u201cI cannot wait for new audiences to join us in the Philippines, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, and South Africa, the show\u2019s creative birthplace.\u201d<\/p>\n
