Saga beef is known for its high-grade glossy marbling and constant supply, it&#8217;s one of Japan&#8217;s most prized varieties of wagyu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Saga-gyu or Saga beef is one of the best variants of wagyu anyone can get their hands on. Saga-beef is prized for its fine-grained marbling known as\u00a0<em>tsuya-sashi (<\/em>glossy marbling)\u00a0and the constant supply of Grades 7 &#8211; 12 wagyu provided by Saga prefecture.<\/p>\n<p>New World Manila Bay Hotel seeks to introduce Filipinos to this delicious variety of wagyu.
