Also opening this 2017 is Southvale in Alabang and Ayala Malls in Marikina.<\/p>\n<p>The property developer has been said to be active in opening new malls to boost income, also building up recurring-income sources including hotels and office developments to balance residential development and leasing portfolios.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Ayala land has opened malls in Palawan, Alabang and Iloilo.
