Since it is through network signals that could detonate a homemade bomb, it is the best decision to implement shutting down the network signals.<\/p>\n<p>The Arm Forces of the Philippines (AFP) also banned <em>Drones, <\/em>as part of a strict implementation of a no-fly zone in areas where the parade will pass through.
