Eduard Mikhailov, deputy commander of Russia&#8217;s Pacific Fleet, and Russian Ambassador Igor Khovaev.<\/p>\n<p>According to the deputy commander, Real Admiral Eduard Mikhailov, the joint military exercises would focus on maritime piracy and terrorism.
