<\/p>\nThe Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced on Wednesday that Filipinos might have a rainy Christmas day as the low pressure area that formed on Thursday might turn into a tropical depression over the weekend.<\/p>\n

When developed into a tropical depression, it is to be called “Nina,” the 14th<\/sup> tropical cyclone to enter the Philippines this year.
