This is in anticipation of the surge of people who will be going to and from their provinces to celebrate the holidays.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-10861\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2016\/12\/7517659488_432b953449_c.jpg\" alt=\"7517659488_432b953449_c\" width=\"449\" height=\"444\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>Photo taken by <a href=\"https:\/\/visualhunt.com\/f\/photo\/7517659488\/432b953449\/\">Roberto Verza<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In a Facebook post uploaded on Monday, December 12, the agency also announced that they will be suspending the number coding scheme on December 23, 29, and January 2, 2017. Since Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year\u2019s Eve, and New Year\u2019s Day all happen on the weekends, the number coding scheme will be lifted for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>The Inter-Agency Council on Traffic (I-Act) will also start implementing its<em> Nose In, Nose Out Policy <\/em>today. This policy prohibits provincial buses from loading and unloading passengers in areas apart from the loading and unloading stations.
