Areas affected by the odd-even scheme include <strong>F. Legazpi Bridge in Brgy. On the other hand, vehicles whose plates end in <strong>1, 3, 5, 7 and 9<\/strong> are not allowed on the said areas every <strong>Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday<\/strong>.
