The festival is attended by sea of spectators from different regions in the country because of the colorful street pageantry, with participants costumed in vibrant outfits, dancing while following the beat of the drums and gongs.<\/p>\n<p>Cebu has also bagged awards as \u201cBest Accomodation for Solo Traveller\u201d (Plantation Bay Resort and Spa) and \u201cBest Water Form\u201d (Kawasan Falls).<\/p>\n<p>Netizens throughout the country and the world submitted their nominations from August-September and was shortlisted by panel of industry experts and travel bloggers.
