{"id":10255,"date":"2016-11-30T10:28:35","date_gmt":"2016-11-30T02:28:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/?p=10255"},"modified":"2016-11-29T17:39:01","modified_gmt":"2016-11-29T09:39:01","slug":"vista-land-to-open-10-malls-by-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/2016\/11\/30\/vista-land-to-open-10-malls-by-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Vista Land to open 10 malls by 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a report published by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessmirror.com.ph\/vista-land-to-spend-p18b-to-build-10-more-shopping-malls-through-2018\/\">Business Mirror<\/a>, Vista Land &amp; Lifescapes, Inc., one of the country\u2019s leading integrated property developers, plans to build 10 more malls worth a total of P18 billion starting next year until 2018.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10256\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2016\/11\/vistacity2.jpg\" alt=\"vistacity2\" width=\"800\" height=\"334\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2016\/11\/vistacity2.jpg 582w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2016\/11\/vistacity2-300x125.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Image grabbed from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vistamalls.com.ph\/vista-land-announced-p50-b-vista-city\/\">vistamalls.com.ph<\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to Manuel B.\u00a0 Villar, Vista Land Chairman, construction of the buildings will start in January consisting of seven Vista Malls and three Vista Places.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <a href=\"http:\/\/business.inquirer.net\/220334\/villars-build-10-new-malls-2-years\">PhilippineDaily Inquirer<\/a> reported that Vista Land targets to expand its shopping mall footprint nationwide to 1.3 million square meters (sq m) in gross floor area (GFA) by 2018.
