SM skating rink is located at the center of the Mall of Asia (MOA). With its full-fledged rink that has been designed based on the international Olympic standard, one can surely enjoy skating all day. Furthermore, assistance for beginners is also accessible. They also offer package services for those who want to take skating lessons. Artificial snow also falls from the ceiling making children and even adults more excited.
There are many accessible places in MOA that one will surely enjoy. One of it is the SM cinema. It is known to have the largest IMAX theatre and plenty of seats with a total of 590. They are also popular for using the latest 3D technology. There is also a small theatre of 30 seats, a private cinema called the Director’s club. There is what they call the 8-kan digital theatre having 450 seats where the latest movies are screened.
If you want to see the city’s wonderful view, MOA is one place to go. it has a large Ferris wheel, about 55 m from the ground, where one can view the sea and the city. During the approximately 10 minute tour, you can enjoy a wonderful view with the use of the 360 panorama. You can also see the famous Manila Bay Sunset. It is recommended for couples especially those romantic ones. The 36 gondola cars are also air conditioned, boarding a maximum of 6 people.
The Selecta Kids Universe is a 5-storey high-end play area for children. It somehow lives up to the “universe” part because it is probably the most gigantic playground for kids. There a lot of interactive games, learning and playing things for children of all ages! The gaming and playing equipment is quite extensive! There is also a snack area where kids can take a break.
