Also known as the Puerto Princesa Underground River, it’s 8.2 km long and dominated by a striking landscape comprised of around 90% karst limestone. The underground cave is known to be home to variety of organism and endangered species.

From Sabang, the boat will sail for about 15-30 minutes to get to the entrance of the park, depending on calmness of the sea. Upon arrival, there will be a short walk through the registration before reaching the mouth of the cave. Foreign guest can stop by the audio booth, where they can borrow translation headphones which they can listen to throughout the tour.

Afterwards, the guests will ride a small canoe to go inside the underground river. Every canoe will have its own tour guide; helmet and life vest are already provided for each guest. Taking pictures inside the cave is allowed, however, guests should have a good flash to capture the wonders inside the cave as it is totally dark inside.

Take note that tours are weather dependent and rely on the waves and the current inside the cave. The boat ride usually lasts about 45 minutes. This wonderful work of nature is one place never to be missed by tourists.
