    The Boutique Burger Kitchen is like an ode to past decades while still having an innovation with their food. Owned by Chef Carlo Miguel, this burger kitchen is a perfect fit for everyone. Families and millennials can take pictures of their trendy interiors and mouthwatering dishes. What makes them stand out is their burgers that suits the Filipino palate as well as the expats in the country.

    The burger bun is made from Hokkaido milk, adding that pinch of sweetness, while their patties is a blend of U. S. Angus and Wagyu, a marriage of something savory and sweet. It gets better with their homemade ketchup that they do in-house, a mix of tang and sweet; a perfect partner to the burgers and sides you can dip it with.

    The Aussie Burger (Php 380)

    One of their bestsellers is The Aussie Burger (Php 380). Inspired by Chef’ Carlo’s roots, this burger is composed of cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, beetroot, pineapple, grilled onions, BBQ sauce (or BBK ketchup) and with a sunny side up egg. The textures and tastes are phenomenal, and the char on the pineapple adds flavor to the entire burger.

    Classic Cheese Burger (Php 280)

    If you’re looking for a staple, try their Classic Cheese Burger (Php 280) with American Cheddar, Lettuce Tomato, Onions, Mustard and Bbk ketchup.
